Warranty

Structural warranty

Our campers carry a 3-year structural warranty on the composite body, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal touring use. Appliances and fitted components (fridge, pump, heater, solar controller and similar) carry their respective manufacturers' warranties.

What's not covered

• Damage from accidents, misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, or unauthorised modification.
• Normal wear, fading, or consumables.
• Incorrect fitment where the manufacturer's mounting method was not followed.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is in addition to those rights. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase, and contact us first if anything isn't right.
