Tub or tray — which do I need?

Accepted Answer

A tub camper drops onto your factory ute tub (no tray needed). A tray camper sits on a flat tray and scales in size with your cab type. Use the payload check to compare both for your vehicle.

Will it keep my ute legal?

Accepted Answer

Our payload checker estimates your remaining payload for your exact model and flags green, amber or red. If it's red, a GVM upgrade is the usual fix.

How do I pay?

You secure your camper with a deposit at checkout — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via secure Stripe — then pay the balance in full before dispatch (we auto-invoice it). Prefer to pay it all now? Choose pay-in-full at checkout. You can also apply to finance your build with Zip at checkout (amount and approval set by Zip), and pay for add-ons with Afterpay or Klarna.

Is the deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

The deposit secures your order and is non-refundable if you change your mind. This never affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (for faulty goods, or goods not as described), which always apply. If we can't fulfil your order, your deposit is refunded in full.

Do you deliver?

Yes — shipping is included in the price. We freight Australia-wide at no extra cost, or you can arrange to collect.

What's the lead time?

Each order is prepared to your spec after you reserve it. Indicative lead times are shown on each build and confirmed at order.

What warranty do I get?

Accepted Answer

A 3-year structural warranty on the camper structure (aluminium frame and composite walls), plus manufacturers' warranties on fitted appliances.
