These terms apply to purchases from RoamRig Campers (ABN 57 323 090 537). By placing a deposit or order you agree to them.

Orders & deposits

A deposit (default 20%) reserves your made-to-order build and confirms your price. The balance is payable before dispatch or collection. Prices are in AUD and include GST.

Pricing

On-screen prices are calculated by our pricing engine and may be re-confirmed before your balance is due where market or cost inputs change materially. Any “RRP” shown is an indicative market reference for comparison.

Cancellations & refunds

Because builds are made to order, deposits may be partly or wholly non-refundable once production begins, as set out in your order confirmation. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payload & compliance

Payload estimates are provided as a guide only and are not legal or engineering advice. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle complies with its GVM and applicable state laws — see our compliance page.

Delivery

Freight estimates are confirmed before dispatch. Risk passes on delivery or collection.
