Terms & conditions
These terms apply to purchases from RoamRig Campers (ABN 57 323 090 537), an Australian-owned business. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & payment
To secure a camper you pay a deposit (shown at checkout — it covers our upfront order-placement cost, and rises proportionally if you add extras), or you can choose to pay in full. Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or through a finance provider (Zip, Afterpay or Klarna) where offered. The balance must be paid in full before your order is dispatched; we'll automatically send you a secure payment link when your order is ready. Accessory-only orders are paid in full at checkout. All prices are in AUD.
Pricing
On-screen prices are in AUD with no hidden fees. Your price is locked in the moment your deposit is paid and your order is confirmed — it will not change after that. Before you pay a deposit, a displayed price may change if our costs or inputs change; the price shown when you reserve is the price you pay. We do not advertise inflated “RRP” or reference prices.
Deposits, cancellations & refunds
Your deposit secures your order and is strictly non-refundable once production begins. If you change your mind after production has started, the deposit is not returned. This does not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — including the consumer guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, match their description and are fit for purpose, and your right to a remedy (including a refund) if those guarantees are not met. Those rights cannot be excluded. If we are unable to fulfil your order, your deposit is refunded in full.
Product
Our campers are Australian-owned and operated, designed for Australian conditions, sourced to our specification and quality-checked before dispatch. They are imported, not manufactured in Australia.
Payload & compliance
Payload estimates are provided as a guide only and are not legal or engineering advice. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle complies with its GVM and applicable state laws — see our compliance page.
Delivery
Shipping is free Australia-wide. The balance must be paid before we dispatch, and risk passes on delivery or collection.
